• Scope & SOW: Work defined in a Statement of Work. Changes via Change Requests.
• Payments: Invoices in INR/AUD. 40/40/20 milestone split unless agreed otherwise.
• Ownership & IP: On full payment you own final deliverables; we may showcase anonymized work unless under NDA.
• Warranty: 30‑day defect warranty for in‑scope bugs.
• Lifetime Support: Best‑effort guidance via email/chat. New features & 3rd‑party issues billed separately.
• Cancellation: Pro‑rata for unused time; completed milestones non‑refundable.
• Compliance: Best‑effort OWASP, WCAG, GDPR/CCPA (seek legal counsel as needed).
